Construction Begins on Seascape Homes

Grading and infrastructure have begun at one of Carlsbad’s newest single-family detached-home communities, Seascape.  Located only 2.5 miles to the beach at 6682 Peregrine Place, Seascape will offer an exceptional lifestyle in a great neighborhood.  Four floor plans, some offering ocean or mountain views, will be available in both single and two-story design ranging from 1,628 to 4,321 sq. ft.
